It is CRUCIAL to contact all of your state an federal officials to let them know of our discontent with their states statutes and federal mandates.
We need our voices to be heard through this state and throughout this country, that we do not want our tax dollars going to line the pockets of energy companies, some or which are from outside of this country. Tax dollars should not be used to subsidize these wind farms that are nothing but a very inefficient and expensive way of creating green power. These programs are being misused because of these tax credits, wind farms are being rushed through, and our health, safety, and quality of life are being sacrificed in the process. Tell them you do not want the bill passed that would extend tax credits to help wind energy facilities. We need to STOP the tax credits, re-examine the green energy situation and find a viable way to conserve energy first.
